Refund Policy – Perishable Goods (Final Sale)

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Qali Express through yukonhalalmeat.ca and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Final Sale – Perishable Goods

​

Due to the nature of our products, all items sold are perishable and considered FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for perishable goods once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to, products affected by temperature, time, handling, or storage conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that perishable goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Limited Exceptions (As Required by Law)

In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, we will review claims only if the product:

​

* Arrives spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery
* Is unsafe for consumption upon arrival
* Is materially different from what was described
* Is incorrectly supplied (wrong item sent)

 

To be eligible for review:

​

* You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
* You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue
* The product must not be consumed or disposed of before documentation is provided

 

Approved claims will be resolved, at our discretion, by:

* Replacement of the affected item, or
* Store credit, or
* A refund only where legally required

​

Shipping, Delivery & Handling

​

* Shipping and local delivery fees are non-refundable
* We are not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by:

 * Delivery delays beyond our control
* Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
* Failure to receive, refrigerate, or properly store products upon delivery

Local Delivery Responsibility

​

For local delivery orders, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable items.

Cancellations

​

Orders for perishable goods cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

​

Abuse of Policy

​

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or our Terms and Conditions, including repeat or fraudulent claims.

Governing Law

​

This policy is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province of Yukon Territory. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
